The apartment is let out per person sharing per day, at the following rates, quoted in South African Rands. It sleeps 4 (plus small children) with a double bed in the main bedroom, and a double bunk-bed in the second bedroom.

Terms and Conditions:
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for any reservation. The balance (full payment) is required two weeks prior to commencement of the reservation. Failure to pay this full amount will result in the loss of the reservation.
- A breakages deposit of R750 (approx £55 or $105) is also required, which will be refunded in full a week after the apartment is vacated.
- Rates quoted are for 2 or more occupants, if only one occupant is required, then a loading fee of 50% applies.
- Children under 12 years old are charged at 50% for the rate.
- A mandatory cleaning fee of R250 is also charged per booking.
Payment Methods:
We take all major credit cards or you can make a direct transfer into our account.
Check In and Out Times:
We are flexible as to your day of arrival and departure, when possible. The apartment is available for occupation from 2pm on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Smoking Policy:
The apartment is a strictly no smoking environment.
